The Role: Project Executive (Architectural Interior)
Job Duties:
· Prepare design proposal, detailing and materials specification
· Prepare presentation board and conceptual design.
· Prepare tender and fitting-out shop drawings.
· Prepare work schedule, progress report and documentation.
· Project Planning & Manage overall project schedule
· Project Coordination & liaison with all project parties involved.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree with equivalent or relevant Architecture / Design Certificates.
· Min 5 years of related experience in Interior Design Industry/Renovation
· Diploma or Degree holder Engineering / Building / Construction, Architecture or equivalent
· Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Knowledgeable in project management for all stages of project.
· Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Resourceful and adaptability to the changing environment
