Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive (AP/ East)
Job Location: Kallang
Job Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 6pm
The Opportunity:
- Our client is an established supplements and manufacturing organization in Singapore that provides an extensive range of products and services to multinational organisations within the health sector.

Job Responsibilities:
- Process timely process of vendor invoices and payment requests
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Assist in year-end audit including preparation of year-end audit schedules
- Assist with tax filing matters including GST and income tax
- Ensure proper authorisation, payment details and other necessary approvals
- Process payment for all payment methods such as cheques, online banking transfers and telegraphic transfers
- Process petty cash float requests, staff expenses claims, and ensure all payments made are captured in the system
- Prepare AP month-end schedule for AP-related accounts
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, or its equivalent qualification with a minimum 3 years of related working experience
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Strong sense of responsibility and possess a positive attitude
