Candidates with a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between SGD 3.200 - SGD 4.000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

About the company:
► Our client is a established and well known audio visual company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash collection, liquidation, and reconciliation.
- Verify and prepare payment.
- Prepare a monthly financial report.
- Payroll preparation and submission.
- Experience in Tax computation (eg : corporate tax, withholding tax and etc)
- Prepare and submission of GST.
- Ensure company’s taxes are submitted on time.
- Ensure proper filing of all financial documents.
- Ensure proper recording of assets and disposal of assets.
- Assist with budget preparation and ensure all expenses are within the assigned project budget.
- Coordinate legal entity audits timing, liaison with the external auditor.
- Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit
- Undertake other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Able to organize files and effectively retrieve data.
- Attention to detail, excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
