Our client is from Semiconductor Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the unique structure, culture, and requirements of our valued customers.
- Facilitate and manage personalized training programs, encompassing sales techniques, sourcing strategies, and optimizing throughput.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer requirements into the company’s ERP system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly gross profit sales goals.
- Serve as a passionate ambassador, effectively communicating the company’s culture, values, and value proposition to customers.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer needs, providing immediate and reliable solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales data related to contracts, quotations, and customer interactions, utilizing the ERP system for annotations.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports highlighting customer interactions and summarizing sales and gross profit performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in key account management or related sales roles or any relevant field.
- Strong understanding of diverse sales techniques and strategies will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in using ERP system is a bonus.
