Job Description
- To carry out repair & maintenance and electrical works
- Responsible for minor works within estate
- Assist Condo Manager to supervise contractors works
- Operate or maintain low tension switchgears and all distribution board, air condition equipment in common area, service pump room , air compressor, sump pumps, ejector pumps, transfer pumps and booster pumps.
- Inspect common area – lift lobby, driveways, toilets, basement, lightings, toilet light and carpark timer, replace defect lightings including direction signs when necessary.
- Maintain inventory list – fittings, bulbs, ballasts,tools.
- Troubleshoot electrical breakdown, respond to emergency call – power failure eg
Requirements
- Minimum NTC 2/3 in electrical or equivalent
- Min 2 years hands on experience in maintenance and electrical work
- Possess good interpersonal, supervisory skill and initiative
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Mature and outgoing
- Only Singaporean and PR only
