We need you to fill the position as PARTS OFFICER | UP$2,000 | 2 MONTHS for our office.
This position requires a tempoaray working hours system which domiciled in Queenstown and its surroundings.
As a competitive company, we need these minimum criteria for candidates to be fulfilled. If you are a Primary/Secondary School/O Level and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Retail Sales, a person who honesty and discipline, then you are highly awaited in our company.
The starting salary we can offer is in a range from SGD 1.800 - SGD 2.000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to manage members’ enquiries on company schemes and services over at the counter.
- Any adhoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Provide logistical support in the parts store to facilitate operations
- Collaborate with service team and ensure their requirements are being addressed
- You will provide Parts costing information, handle ordering of the Parts not in stock and update the service team on the delivery details
- Part of the job scope is to monitor and handle stock checks daily/weekly to ensure healthy inventory levels
- You shall check, receive and inspect items and quantities delivered in a timely manner
- Verify parts against invoices, purchase orders or requisitions to ensure accuracy will be part of your accountability
- Issue and keep proper records of the required purchase orders, invoices and inventory reports
- You are to maintain daily housekeeping to ensure Parts Store cleanliness and tidiness
- Adhere to safety and security procedures in handling parts
- Provide administrative duties to support supervisors

- Timing: Mon – Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
