We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Regional Sales Executive. For those of you who live in Queenstown and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, IWS Intelligent Workflow Solutions, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate with at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 3.000 - SGD 4.000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

You are the future of blockchain, and you will be instrumental in connecting us with commercial deals worldwide.

Our team is small and nimble but ambitious, works towards improving the internet – humanity’s most important technology – as we explore new advances at the intersection of many fields. You will be part of IWS Fintech’s Ecosystem Growth Initiatives working on growth initiatives that will hook potential clients and educate users. Ideas alone are not enough, you must be willing to get your hands dirty to test, learn and scale these initiatives as we embark on an accelerated ‘user growth’ journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth in the region, with an emphasis on identifying and executing on opportunities to move the needle on B2B Customers and Revenue
  • Identify, connect and maintain prospective B2B new customer leads and sell-in sales opportunities 
  • Create strategic partnerships, bring regional sales opportunities
  • Stay on top of new market opportunities, trends and competitive dynamics
  • Equip with knowledge and experience in all Financial Services Industry, incl. Brokerage or Insurance or Real Estate or Ecommerce or Technology Industry
  • Work closely with Marketing, Development counterparts to create products and user experiences highly-adapted to the needs of regional clients
  • Drive IWS Fintech expansion strategy in the region and developing strategic relationships with the brokerages and investors

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Past experience in sales, program management, product, operations and/or technology projects in Financial Services Industries, incl. Brokerage or Insurance
  • Keen learner with knowledge of Crypto, Fintech, Blockchain technology, and well-versed in sales
  • Ability to communicate with clients at all levels, including C-level executives; understand and identify customer needs
  • An attitude to learn, approach problems head on, to be willing to roll your sleeves up to find solutions
  • Structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and story lining skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in collaborative and client-facing environments
