Job Scope
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation & CPF contribution
- Manage payroll functions and bills payable
- Generate invoices for billing, keeping track of disbursements
- Prepare and submit IRAS tax compliance with all statutory requirements
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role in Singapore
- Maintain bookkeeping and accounting records
- Manage day-to-day office administration
- Meticulous and Independent to perform task without much supervision.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities Diploma in Accountancy or qualifications in similar fields Min 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Managing highly confidential data with highest privacy and confidentiality.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience in construction/interior design firms is a plus point
