This role requires a leader with a strong IT background to lead the IT team and strategize the business’s digital transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute an IT Strategic and Transformation Plan for the Group
- Oversee and manage the IT function and system for the Group including the regional offices
- Develop, update and implement IT policies and procedures
- Partner the business heads to leverage technology to improve business processes and accountability
- Ensure all stakeholders and internal needs are met within specified time frames and budget
- Provide leadership to the IT function at the Group and Country levels
- Monitor and manage the IT resources and budget
- Lead the IT Department and nurture the IT staff towards achieving business goals
Ideal Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- At least 15 years of relevant experience, of which at least 8 years leading an IT Department
- Experience with Salesforce & Autoline are added advantage
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Achievement-oriented, self-directed and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- A team-player with strong customer service orientation
- Able to relate to all levels in the organization and address stakeholders needs
- Regional experience preferred
