RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:
Location: East
Duration: 1 year contract, renewable
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6pm / 9am – 6.30pm
Salary: Up to $600 per month
Job Description:
- Support in processing of GL journals posted by the section (e.g. prepayments, payroll related liabilities, etc)
- Assist in monthly closing activities, including the timely review in reasonableness of GL account balances and liaising with divisions/sections to ensure accuracy of numbers
- Analyse and prepare monthly P/L reporting, balance sheet reconciliations (including bank reconciliation) and other audit schedules
- Assist in running of system reports on a monthly basis
- Assist to prepare information for GST Submission/submission of statistics to government agencies
Requirements:
- Min diploma in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years of GL function experience / reporting experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP
- Knowledge in Power BI and Query will be a plus
- Singaporeans only
