  • Experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

  • Full spectrum in administrative support
  • Office administration duties. (Stationary, uniform, pantry and office maintenance)
  • Handle courier services, letterbox.
  • Handle incoming calls and general enquiries.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Minimum ‘O’ Levels qualification and above
  • Proficient in MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Possess at least 1 year of office administrative experience
  • Independent and work with minimum supervision.
  • Positive attitude and meticulous individual.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skill.
  • Able to work in a team and meet tight deadlines.
  • Candidates with short notices or immediate status are encouraged to apply.
