Duration: 2 years extendable/convertible

Working hours: 08.00am – 5.30pm or 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Duties
- Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems
- Update meter reading received from customers via the various channels into SAP system for billing purposes
- Manage joint meter reading appointment arrangement with customers
- Perform administrative duties such as monthly statistics for payment related and meter reading related reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
- Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading and billing system changes and upgrade activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Entry level are welcomed to apply
- Applicants need to possess at least a diploma from a recognized institute
- Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
