We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Assistant Accountant / Accountant. For those of you who live in Queenstown and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Golden Agri Plaza Pte. Ltd., and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 3.800 - SGD 5.000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Maintain SAP system for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Cost Controlling module
- Maintain accounting related excel database and Cashbook
- Prepare monthly bank statement reconciliations, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reconciliations and audit schedules for month end closing
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and relevant information to the respective internal clients
- Verify the documents to ensure invoicing, collection and payment processes are in compliance with internal procedures
- Perform cost/expense allocation process to facilitate Cost Centre PNL, product costing and variance analysis
- Assist Accountant in monitoring paper trade AR and liaise with counterparties to improve the collection period
- Liaise with counterparties for any possible contra arrangement, in order to shorten the AR collection period and minimize the treasury transactions for AP payment
- Verify supporting documents and raise Payment Request for paper trade AP invoices. Coordinate with Treasurer I relevant staff to enhance the entire payment approval process
- Issue and distribute cheque for staff reimbursement and payment to creditors
- Record and filing of deal slips, sales and purchase contracts, broker confirmation vouchers, bank advices related to accounting purposes
- Match and verify all the supporting documents against every invoice for both physical and paper trade
- Compile export documentation for Indonesia corporate tax and Indonesia withholding tax purposes
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
