We need you to fill the position as Customer Service Officer / Central! for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Queenstown and its surroundings.

If you are a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced in the field of Services & Customer Service, a person who honesty and discipline, then you are highly awaited in our company.
The starting salary we can offer is in a range from SGD 2.200 - SGD 2.600, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

- Answering customers enquiries, feedback, complaints and warranty claim via hotline & emails.
- Provide technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, request and queries.
- Escalate issue and follow up.
- Data entry all cases into system accurately and timely.
- Respond to customer email timely.
- Apply to procedure, process and meet KPI.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ level /Nitec /Diploma
- 1-2 years customer service experience
