Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as [JULY START WORING] DAY SHIFT TRAIN OPERATOR | 5 DAYS PER WEEK. For those of you who live in Mandai and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd), and able to work under contract system.

If you are experienced in the field of Manufacturing with a minimum degree of Professional Certificate/NiTEC, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of SGD 2.800 - SGD 2.900. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
– Operate trains for testing and commissioning within depot and stations.
– Manage daily operations of train control, Signalling and Communication systems .
– Perform functional and health checks and notify contractor of any train issues.
– Master train system functions and analyse train faults systematically.
– Apply professional driving standards and maintain situational awareness while operating the train.
– Contribute to service delivery performance and continuous improvement.
– Handle situations, incidents, accidents and implement recovery measures in a calm and systematic manner.
Requirements:
– NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent
– Preferably with 1 year relevant experience in railway environment.
– Basic computer literacy
– Safety awareness
– Team spirit
– Sense of responsibility
– Communication, integrity, and honesty
