In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 2.000 - SGD 2.300 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Position: Cook
- Location: Mandai
- Salary: $2300/month + AWS + Performance bonus
- Working days: 6 days/week
Job Scope:
- Perform daily culinary operations and coordination ensure timely execution of daily meals to customers or departments within the organization.
- Thoroughly understand customer requirements and attributes to ensure their integrity.
- Work closely with his/ her team on day-to-day operational issues and ensure that product and culinary standards are maintained at all times.
- Execution of food production in accordance with the process flow and procedure
- Ensure the integrity of CCP (Critical Control Point) records are recorded.
- Report any faulty equipment to minimize disruption to operations within kitchen.
- Work with the culinary team on cyclical menu execution
- Ensuring all Food Core temperature forms are updated during food production.
- Observe workplace safety and food safety during food production.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, or strong interest in culinary
- Processes adequate knife skill
