Reporting to the Head of HR, the incumbent will support and manage the implementation of various HR initiatives and programmes to support the business which include recruitment and retention, staff engagement, learning and development, employee relations/welfare and office administration.

Human Resource:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR activities such as recruitment, talent management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, budgeting, and projects
  • Champion and organize team building programs (sport and social activities) and administer employee benefits.
  • Implement activities and services pertaining to Workplace Safety & Health compliance.
  • Involve in reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Office Administration:

  • Manage office administration covering facility management, vendors contracts, office equipment etc.
  • Handling of insurances (office and properties).
  • Renewal of business certifications

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years’ generalist experience in full spectrum of HR and office administration function.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent, adaptable and self-motivated
  • A hands-on person that is proactive, resourceful and able to multi-task
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
