We offer a competitive monthly base salary from SGD 4.000 - SGD 5.000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Summary:
- Industry: Construction

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and check combined services drawings
- Identify variation works
- Submit accurate cost implication
- Schedule, supervise, and control sub-contractors to carry out their work accurately and timely in accordance with the contract drawings and specification
- Review all M&E shop drawing from the design team and submit them for approval
- Prepare and conduct M&E meeting
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (PEB-recognized degree)
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems and ability to identify critical quality control items
- Minimum with 2 years experience in Construction industries.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera
