Responsibilities
– Ensure proper visual merchandising of products
– Assist with inventory counts, restocking items and placement of new products
– Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales or promotion programs
– Creates a Radical Customer Experience using selling skills and training materials.
– Participates and is fully engaged in Team Meeting and Training sessions.
– Takes part to execute all merchandising tasks. Demonstrate Product Knowledge for all concepts.
– Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
– Managing the upkeep and condition of all company equipment
– Achieving sales goals
– Maintains high level of personal integrity (e.g., adhering to Loss Prevention practices and policies, work published schedule, accurate timekeeping records, etc.) and expects the same of their team.
