Responsibilities
– Manage and follow through entire sales process (quotation, order processing, invoicing and delivery arrangement)
– Follow up closely on sales enquiries, quotation submitted and achieving sales target
– Manages relationship with new and existing customers
– Process customers’ orders and monitor customers’ payment schedule
– Coordinate with production in Japan HQ and delivery schedules
– Handling and preparation of full sets shipping documentation
– Liaise with freight forwarders on shipping arrangement
– Assist in preparing various sales reports

– At least 4-5 years experience in Sales / Sales support
