We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Operations/Supply Chain Assistant, E-commerce (Up to $2,500, Office hours, East). For those of you who live in Changi and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 2.200 - SGD 2.500. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Operations/Supply Chain Assistant (Permanent)
Location: Changi
Working hours: Mon – Fri, Office Hours
Salary: Up to $2,500
Job scope
- Undertake operations support duties with key focus on order processing and fulfilment, product listing operations and handling customer enquiries/complaints
- Liaison between suppliers and customers to provide service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction when matter arises.
- Establish and maintain working knowledge of various systems used for the running of the ecommerce site
- Assist in administration, other responsibilities and any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Min Nitec/Diploma in Business/Management/Tourism or other related fields with 1 year working experience
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
