Job Description

HR & Recruitment Executive

Requirements :

· Candidate must possess at least a Polytechnic diploma/selected private diploma, in any field.

· Resourceful and multi-tasking.

· Self-motivated, confident and ability to work independently and effectively.

· Good communication skills and networking capabilities.

Job Responsibilities :

· Manage posting of job vacancies and assist on new recruitment of employees, including advertisement, career fair etc.

· Build networks to find qualified active and passive candidates

· Administers job interview schedules.

· Conduct orientation and induction program for new hires.

· Handle all administration duties including staff appointment letter, confirmation letter, employees’ attendance, employees’ leave record etc.

· Responsible in updating, maintaining and filing of employees’ records and files.

· Assist in other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.

· Track new hire progress within onboarding program (eg objectives completed within the month.)
