Job Description
• SME Engagement – reach out to potential customers, recommend digital solutions that align with business objectives of digitalization priorities, provide support to SME customers during entire implementation process
• Business Development – Conduct research to identify prospects & digital solutions gap, by being aware of trends & offerings in the market, achieve set targets by developing new businesses & seeing through adoption of digital solutions by SME customers
• Project Management – Guide & assist customers through implementing digital solutions within timeline & resources, analyze customer analytics to drive business growth & success, address issues effectively and achieve customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
• University Graduates in business, marketing, commerce/equivalent
• Highly committed, self-motivated able to work under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Meticulous, attentive and able to work in a customer driven service-oriented environment
