RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be aware and proactively tuned to the media marketplace on the latest media trends and competitor placements
- Monitor online and offline campaigns, and report on results
- Work closely with media agency to ensure the timely reporting and delivery of online and offline investments
- Work closely with the e-commerce manager to manage digital marketing
- Introducing initiatives to drive traffic, customer engagement and conversion leads
- Review briefs and communicate with agency to prepare proposals for regional office across digital display, OOH, SEM and social media
- Liaise with vendors to prepare artworks and review with regional office before campaign goes live
- Submit Monthly reports to regional office
- Support ad hoc reports submission to regional office with agency
- Ensure Mediayours is up to date with visuals, budget and ad sites
- Manage budget and explore disruptive ideas for activations
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 3 prior years of experience handling media and pr within the fashion industry
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email skills required
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with both internal and external groups
- Good follow-through practices
- Good team player
- Ability to multi-task and manage tight timeline
- High level of professionalism, especially in maintaining discretion in confidential situations.
