- 7 to 10 years of testing experience in Test Management which includes from defining test strategy, Test designing, Test execution and test reporting for various projects which includes defining test strategy for functional, Automation, Performance, and other Non-functional testing.
- Leading the respective test teams.
- Co-ordinating between Business Team and Dev team for any queries.
- Responsible for running defect traige calls.
- Coordinating and managing various stakeholders from Business users, Development, Production support, Infra for successful completion of project
- Experience in process consulting program for Development, Testing, DevOps across multiple delivery models like waterfall, Agile (Scrum and Kanban), iterative etc
- Performing test consultancy for various domains like Banking, HealthCare, Telekom, Insurance etc and to define test process framework including process, templates, checklist and guidelines to suite needs of projects and test requirements
