We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Accounts Executive - AP - P&L. For candidates who reside in Singapore and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at TRUST RECRUIT PTE. We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of SGD 3.000 - SGD 4.000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Description:
- Compile and organize documents for staff and suppliers to be submitted to customers.
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including matching purchase orders, goods receipts, and miscellaneous invoices.
- Process GIRO and staff claim payments.
- Prepare monthly schedules for Sundry Creditors and Accounts Payable aging.
- Review and follow up on vendors’ Statement of Accounts.
- Generate monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) schedules.
- Verify staff expense claims on a monthly basis.
- Assist with the annual audit by addressing auditors’ inquiries.
- Perform any additional assigned duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Business Studies/LCCI Diploma
- 2 years working experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Positive work attitude, capable of working independently and as a proactive team member.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
