Cadmus Resources has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Downtown Core and surrounding areas as accounts executive (ar) with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.
The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary SGD 3.000 - SGD 3.500 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor AR ageing report and follow up on long outstanding receivables.
- Generate and send out reminders and Statement of Accounts to tenants.
- Compile and generate intercompany billings
- Generating of invoices to tenants (billings for rent, aircon, GTO rent, property tax and ad‐hoc billings.)
- Handle carpark and miscellaneous charges (e.g. SISTIC collections, access card replacements, voucher sales)
- Prepare month end AR closing reports.
- Cash bank in, bank reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec qualifications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounts receivable experience.
- Able to work in fast pace environment and meet tight deadlines.
Working Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am – 6.00pm
