We are a licensed financial institution from MAS, looking for an experienced compliance manager to join us.
Packages includes competitive compensation, corporate insurance, annual leaves and other wellfare.
Job Description
1. Review of new clients during onboarding /KYC process, including but not limited to World-check screening.
2. Conduct credit reviews with Relationship Managers and determine the trading limit.
3. Annual review / assessment of clients flagged by Operations in relation to AML/CFT requirements
4. Be the contact person for regulatory queries (MAS), legal, risk and audit work
5. Maintain and update the compliance manual
6. AML/CFT training to employees.
7. Knowledge or experience in web3 / digital token industry is preferred
8. Coordinate information gathering for regulatory reporting
9. Daily transaction surveillance and risk monitoring, including margin calls.
Requirement:
1. 2-5 years of experience in the KYC, regulatory compliance field.
2. Degree in finance or related subjects, compliance qualifications is preferred.
3. Experience in expanding business lines preferred.
4. Familiarity to FX derivatives risk controls is not mandatory, but a plus
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Able to work independently and proactively take ownership
