Responsibilities
– Handle general administrative support to leadership and teams in a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
– Office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, repairs, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
– Liaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants
– Arranges domestic and international business travel, coordinate meeting and event arrangements, and/or tracks expenses that require a heightened level of detail
– Assisting HR in employee on boarding.
– Ad hoc Project: assist in arranging year-end parties, company trips, etc.
– Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by management.
Requirements and skills
– Minimum 2 years or more in a Secretarial or similar position.
– Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
