Purpose
You will lead, manage and support the implementation of IT services/projects and provide BAU support for projects in production in NTUC, unions and related organizations. You will perform outsourcing management with vendors to ensure successful IT service and project delivery with proper risk mitigations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement quality infrastructure services and application projects in various business areas to meet the business needs of NTUC, unions and related organizations.
- Lead the IT Service Management team and oversee the day-to-day IT operations in accordance to IT policies, SOP and technology standards.
- Provide application management support, handle incident management and BAU operations support.
- Perform analysis and recovery of application systems outages, review Root Cause Analysis and propose Service Improvement Plan.
- Experience on infrastructure and application DR exercise.
- Work with cybersecurity team on patching of security vulnerabilities and updates to application bugs.
- Perform outsourcing management to ensure that (a) contractual obligations are met and projects are handed over by application team and vendors/service providers; (b) contracts continually meet customer’s needs; (c) vendors’ performance is monitored in accordance to contractual obligations and service-level agreements; and (d) project risks are properly mitigated and managed.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or IT or equivalent.
- Preferably minimum 12 years of relevant IT experience with strong understanding of ICT industry and ICT service providers.
- Good knowledge of ICT industry best practices, system, processes and methodologies.
- Strong IT infrastructure implementation and support experience, good user management and good communication skills.
- Proven IT project/outsourcing management/IT Service Management and team leadership skills.
- Experience in supporting enterprise applications (SAP S4 HANA / Success Factors / Dynamic 365) will be advantageous.
- Preferably PMP/Agile or Microsoft Azure Administrator or ITIL
