You will be a part of HPB’s Workplace Health – Planning and Company Outreach department, which strives to advance health promotion efforts in the workplace setting to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases.

Scope

As a key member of Workplace Health Planning and Company Outreach team, you will:

  • Support the department deputy director in the development, execution, monitoring, evaluation and review of cost effective and sustainable outreach strategies, policies and programmes in driving workplace health promotion efforts among corporates partners in Singapore.

  • Monitor project operating budget and indicators, and develop cost effective solutions to steward the efficient use of public funds. To also guide and mentor team members to unveil and meet their professional aspirations.

  • Sustain partnerships, while cultivating new and strategic collaborations across private and public sector to build a business case for workplace health promotion integration.

What an ideal candidate looks like

An ideal candidate will be one that is dynamic, driven and self-motivated with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in strategic planning, project management, budget management, and account management (preferably at a middle management level). They will possess;

  • A proven track record in developing sustained strategy plans supported by feasible operational concepts, backed by data and forecasting assumptions.

  • Strong planning, analytical thinking, critical thinking, and project management skills.

  • Strong collaborative and partnership building skills.

  • Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and relevant manner to target audiences, including effective communication (verbal & written), presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Prior experience in managing portfolios with corporates & SMEs, and data manipulation/ analytics will be an advantage.

The individual should also be able to:

  • Adapt and independently navigate through structures and systems, new situations and challenges.

  • Multi-task, handle project peaks and tight deadlines.

  • Be confident in working with both public and corporate partners.

  • Work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams

  • Motivate, guide your team and demonstrate strong team work
