Responsibility:
This is a Technical Business Analyst role, where you will be involved business analysis and technical aspects of system customisation and configuration scope. This role does not require core development/ programming scope.
- Building strong rapport with business users/ stakeholders, involved in requirements gathering and analysis for development / implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
- Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
- Oversee the maintenance of technical documentation of application’s technical architecture, code changes, issue resolutions and procedures
- Customization, configuration, system implementation, and end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
- Liaise with vendors in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
Requirement:
- Degree in any field
- Training will be provided.
- Knowledge and development experience in any programming language, eg. SQL, Java, C++, C#, Python, R, PHP, .NET, JavaScript, etc will be advantageous
- Experience in project management, user and vendor management will be advantageous.
