Job Description:

• Establish and maintain relationships with new customers, engaging them and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Prepare presentation slides and deliver them to customers as needed.
• Participate in bidding processes and secure new contracts on behalf of the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including preparing quotations, cost sheets, and purchase requisitions, raising and sending purchase orders to vendors, preparing delivery orders, and coordinating deliveries with vendors and customers.
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports, as well as billing reports.
• Send monthly billing reports to customers and collaborate with them to ensure accuracy before initiating invoice processing by the accounts department.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
• Enter data into the Enterprise System.
• Handle technical and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
• Ensure accuracy and accountability in all the above tasks.
• Maintain relationships with partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate for competitive pricing, review terms and conditions, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and payment terms with partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to prepare for Invitation to Quote (ITQ) processes and take responsibility for all ITQ-related work.
• Coordinate marketing programs and events with partners and vendors, including consolidating customer databases, running Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns, and contacting customers.
• Stay updated on focus products and projects.
• Engage customers consistently and handle all sales inquiries.
• Demonstrate and explain features of focus products effectively.
• Develop backend, operational, and billing processes, and create plans to provide support for projects.
• Identify sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, understanding customer needs and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in relevant field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in IT and technologically savvy to utilize Enterprise Systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for job requirements.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
• Attention to detail to ensure thoroughness and accuracy in task completion.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
