Job responsibilities :
-Manage and maintain positive working relationship with customers
-Attend to customer’s booking or enquiries via phone call/emails
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Organize and schedule appointments
-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
-Quotation and order processing
-Other ad hoc duties being assigned.
Requirements :
• Min N/O Level education
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• call centre experience/ liaise with vendors
• Good interpersonal skills and meticulous in handling assigned tasks
