As an Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage day to day operations in the service counter
- Attend to shoppers enquiries and all aspects of customer service
- Responding to customer inquiries, finding appropriate solutions, and updating customer accounts or services.
- Manage the schedule/manpower with the Executives
- Perform centre promotions related activities such as gifts redemptions etc
