As a Device Engineer in STMicroelectronics, you will:
- Monitor Yield / Electrical Defect Density (D0) and work with process module, test engineers, product engineers to improve the performance.
- Work together with process module in identifying root cause and implementing preventive actions to drive Fab Yield Improvement
- be involved in Process Optimization to ensure good production yield and cycle time.
- be involved in New Product Transfer & Development. You will work together with process modules, designers, product engineers to realize latest innovative product in market
Profile
You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering, or Material Science or Semiconductor
- No minimum years of experience
- Need good/ sound foundation in Device Physics, else the learning curve is very steep.
- Must have strong analytical & problem solving skills are required.
- Knowledge of circuit/ design can be of advantage as it can help troubleshoot at circuit level
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm & composed yet technically alert under pressure.
