Job Description:
The Challenges
- Oversee the smooth daily operation of the ICH Retail Home Care store. Provide supervisory oversight for team of retail staff.
- Develop and review Job instructions & Job improvements for department work processes. Train and equip staff to carry out their work correctly, safely and conscientiously.
- Provide product information to patients/ customers & healthcare practitioners, with guidance from the Pharmacist where necessary.
- Responsible for inventory management. Oversee cycle counts and ensure that all stock discrepancies are promptly and correctly resolved.
- Recommend, source and list reliable and profitable retail healthcare products. Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to gather their recommendations and feedback on retail healthcare products to be stocked.
- Oversee the proper supply of all Senior Mobility Fund and Medifund Consumables orders with complete documentation.
- Oversee the home delivery service at ICH Retail Home Care, in coordination with the retail home delivery team at TTSH Main retail pharmacy.
- Support all audits. Ensure that all necessary records are properly maintained and filed.
- Marketing & Business Development – Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to optimise omnichannel retail pharmacy business including e-commerce.
- Perform business analytics to understand and analyse buying behavior. Explore and expand any untapped business opportunities.
- Actively participate as a member or team lead for quality improvement projects at Hospital-wide/ department level.
The Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or other relevant field.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing or business development will be an advantage.
- Experience in Healthcare industry will be an advantage.
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous and people-oriented.
