Job Description
The Head of Client Solutions will be responsible for driving business
growth across the business. In includes generating new business
leads/outbound sales opportunities, managing incoming requests as well
as overseeing all new business proposals. He/She will also work closely with the Business Delivery team and collaborate with them on new upselling and cross selling opportunities.
The position offers a competitive salary as well as key benefits including
health insurance. This is also a commission based role offering regular
bonus payments based on new sales generated and incremental
additions.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing plans and strategies for developing/advancing business
- and achieving sales goals for the business
- Collaborate with the CEO in shaping a comprehensive sales plan for the business
- Ensure sales planning is co-ordinated with organizational planning,
- financial forecasting, budget setting and the company’s strategic
- goals.
- Champion key company solutions and personally help close the
- biggest prospective deals
- Work collaboratively with the CEO, Head of Data Science, Head of
- Marketing and Head of Business Delivery Team to optimise
- opportunities
- Platform and formalise inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales and business objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of
- development
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key clients
- both externally and internally
- Utilize Salesforce as a key sales management tool and to identify
- and engage new/latent client contacts
- Represent the company at conferences and events
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with primary research/ insights and data services
- Self-motivated, collaborative and possess strong, communication, organizational, and client servicing skills
- A University degree
- High level of initiative, ability to create and refine sales processes
- from scratch
- Strong business acumen
- Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Package
