Main responsibilities：
- Capable of conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity, quality and effective communication for different commercial campaigns.
- Ability to develop UX planning and UI design for Web/Mobile/APP
- Ability to develop creative material with high visual impact for our different communication channels, online and offline, such as: websites, landing pages, apps, social media, videos, print advertising, etc.
- Capacity to manage, handle and adapt multiple brands and projects, ensuring optimal and consistent handling of each individual graphic style.
- Organization and ability to guarantee delivery times in accordance with the schedule of activities.
- Ability to work as part of a team and with supervision in the development of designs and graphic concepts required by the company.
- Collaborate transversally with all departments for when any graphic piece is needed.
Requirements：
- Portfolio that clearly shows strong graphic design skills.
- Previous experience as a graphic designer. Experience in the Digital Agency environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Experience and knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, 3D and Illustration would be an asset.
- Candidate must be able to tell the difference between UI and UX design
- Candidate must possess at least university degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of solid UI/UX design experience
- Familiar with the user development interface of Windows/Web/iOS/Android Base
- Great analytical skills, able to identify problems and finding solutions
- Good command and ability for photo manipulation and photo retouching.
- Ability to work in a team with a desire to share knowledge, learn and grow as a team.
- Experience working in UX and UI environments, including B2B, is an asset.
- Organized, methodical and meticulous with a good eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Good communication skills and high level of English for business communication needs
