As a host/ hostess, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador by displaying a welcoming attitude to all customers entering the store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all customers entering the store with a genuine & friendly attitude
- Direct customers to in the store accordingly
- Act as the liaison between the customer and the sales team
- Coordinate traffic flow during high volume times
- Knowledgeable of company’s products and policies
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Well-groomed, with a pleasant and dynamic personality
- Excellent customer service and client-centric mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to withstand retail working hours and work on weekends and public holidays
