We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from SGD 3.000 - SGD 3.500 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to end users, networking and server management issues.
- Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors
- Support and administer network and application including troubleshooting on any technical issue during breakdown.
- Manage Disaster Recovery Process and ensure regular daily backup.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses.
- Perform other IT or systems related task assigned by the management.
- Assist new user onboarding process (Create Office365, email, WIFI and printers)
- Order The Great Room laptops as requested by HR/Corporate Operations
- Maintenance of IT asset inventory
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
- Entry Level IT grads are welcome to apply
- Minimum 2 years of relevant in PC system, network and software support
- Resourceful and service oriented
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Microsoft windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016, 2019 Domain Directory
