We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Management Trainee (Basic pay $3,100 + High. Commission + Allowance). For candidates who reside in Singapore and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Linkgap Management Services Pte Ltd and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Accounting/Finance & Banking/Financial with a minimum Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree.
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of SGD 3.000 - SGD 5.500 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales, Cross sell/ Upsell to existing clients leads and Walk-in
- Assist walk-in customers
- Leads will be provided – call to set appointment to meet customer for discussions
- Manage relations with both new and existing customers
- Recommend and advise suitable products based on customers requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Others:
- Performance review every year
- Full time / Permanent position.
- No experience needed
Package:
- Basic Pay($3,00 – $3,300)
- Minimum Commission ($1,400 onwards to unlimited)
- Quarterly Bonus (every 3 months)
- Yearly Flexi-Allowance ($1,00)
- 5 days work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)
- 19 days Annual Leave
- Product and sales technique training provided
