Job Description
- Understand the Southeast Asian food ingredients and food markets, familiar with local consumers’ needs and market trends, and able to conduct market analysis and competitor research;
- Assist in formulating and implementing marketing plans to increase the company’s visibility and influence in Southeast Asia;
- Assist the sales team in developing new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and promoting sales performance;
- Coordinate internal resources to organize and implement various marketing activities, ensuring the achievement of promotional results.
Job Requirements
- Relevant majors in marketing, business management, etc., with 2 years or more relevant work experience preferred;
- Familiar with the characteristics of Southeast Asian restaurant markets, especially the milk tea industry, and understand local consumer needs and market trends;
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, able to assist the team in efficiently completing various tasks;
- Excellent oral and written English skills, able to communicate and work fluently in both Chinese and English;
- Possess teamwork spirit and able to withstand work pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
