– To keep abreast of industry trends and develop a plan of marketing activities
– Handling of all events initiated by marketing department from initiation to completion
– Plan, create advertising and promotional campaigns
– To work with designers to conceptualize and develop marketing and promotion materials for our outlets
– Ensure timely delivery and implementation of all marketing collateral
– Lead, facilitate and coordinate outlet in-store visual merchandising display
– Track and evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns and provide solutions to increase overall outlets’s sales target
– Propose new strategies to increase traffic flow to our outlets
– Propose new strategies to increase new membership database
– Budget planning and tracking of all marketing expenditures
– Market research to analyze price competitiveness of our products versus competitor products
– Maintain and update sales records and other marketing administrative duties
– Other duties that will be assigned from head of department
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing for retail brands
Ability is what matters, not just experience ! Hence, applicants with lesser year of experience but who as aptitude will be considered .
– Preferably existing Marketing designation holders from B2C Retail, FMCG, F&B industry
– Proven experience in copy-writing of marketing collateral
– Posses analytical skills, able to interpret data and transform into action plans
– Good communication, presentation skills, planning and implementation skills
