About Us:

We are an early-stage startup that rents consumer electronics to consumers and businesses, with a mission to increase access to high-end tech while reducing e-waste by keeping devices in circulation for longer. As we gear up for a significant growth phase, we are looking to onboard a Marketing Intern who is passionate about marketing and can help us achieve our mission while getting hands-on experience in a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of growth strategy and measurement: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and use these findings to help develop and measure our growth strategy.
• Take ownership of developing creative campaigns: Work with the creative director and growth lead to ideate, develop and execute on creative campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention. This includes both digital and physical activations.
• Construct and design digital assets for marketing use: Design and create marketing materials such as banners, social media graphics, email templates, and other digital assets for marketing use.
• Administer social media and paid campaign activations: Assist in the creation and administration of social media campaigns, paid advertising campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the creative director: Collaborate with the creative director to come up with innovative ways to entice new users, and ensure all creative executions align with our brand voice and values.

As a Marketing Intern at our startup, you will have the opportunity to get directly involved on executional and decision making levels, and it will be a great learning opportunity as you will be able to help guide and test marketing strategies from the ground up. You will work closely with our creative director and growth lead, and will have the chance to contribute to the development of our growth strategy, ideate on creative campaigns, and design digital assets for marketing use.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills – visual, verbal and written.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for sustainability and reducing e-waste.
