We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Office Administrator. For those of you who live in Downtown Core and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Carlton Hotel (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with at least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from SGD 2.500 - SGD 3.200. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities
1. Supports the Managing Director’s Office with the daily administrative duties including but not limited to calendar/meeting management, travel arrangements and filing of documents.
2. Prepares correspondences and materials requested for meetings.
3. Responsible for recording, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings to the respective departments
4. Collates all monthly reports and compile as a consolidated one for the hotel.
5. Manages incoming calls, takes messages and re-direct calls as required.
6. General office management such as ordering stationery
7. Provide administration support to Property Manager of Cecil Court
8. Performs other adhoc duties /projects assigned by management
Education & Work Experience
1. At least GCE A Levels or equivalent
2. 3 years prior experience in a similar capacity
3. Possesses fluent English communication skills
4. Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel)
5. Highly organized with good coordination abilities
