- Support management on all Office Admin/HR/Accounting related matters
- Assist Directors/Managers in their paper work
- Overall recruitment process of new employee includes posting on online job site, interviews, preparing of Letter of employment, staff orientation/familiarisation.
- Help accounts department on payment and billing and data entries
- Updating on company website & social media platform
- Calculation of Staff salary.
- Update project cost monitoring
- Arrangements of meeting, issuing of Memo/notice
- Plan training for employees
- Handling of incoming calls and emails
Job Requirement
- 1 year experience preferred
- Feedforward thinking
- 6 days’ work week
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
