Overview:
You’ll be working in the consumer banking operations department to handle multiple work processes such as handling customers’ deposit account, perform maintenance in updating customers’ profile and handle requests of retrieval of information.
Job Description:
- Handle customers’ deposit account
- Perform maintenance in updating customers’ profile
- Handle requests of retrieval of information
- Be a dedicated client service focal point through various channels such as email, phone calls, etc
- Ensure accuracy in processing of requests
- Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Review and update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Manage ad-hoc analysis to solve / respond to operations issue, urgent investigation and business questions
- Assist Team Leader with ad hoc projects or assignments
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable to travel between the two office (shuttle bus service will be provided)
- Meticulous in details
