Our company Woodlands Health is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Singapore and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Primary/Secondary School/O Level and experienced in the field of Hotel/Restaurant & Hotel/Tourism, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of patient service associate supervisor and be able to work in contract system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist Executive in Go-Live Preparation activities such as update work instructions, conduct training and participate in site setup and full dress rehearsals. This include assisting in conducting roll-calls.
  • Manage the recruitment and on boarding process of new Patient Service Associates’ hires
  • Build and maintain cohesion amongst the Team and oversee operations of service counters
  • Manage deployment of staff and supervise staff in meeting centre’s key performance indicators
  • Monitor compliance of work policies, procedures and internal controls
  • Assist with staff dispute management and supervise and assist with downtime procedures
  • Reconcile daily monetary transactions and perform counter services
  • Manage patient / Next of Kin’s feedback and enquiries
  • Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives
  • Promote use of automated or self-help services and conduct training for staff

Requirements

  • Possess at least O levels with minimum 5 years of experience in hospital setting and at least 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess the ability to speak two or more languages / dialects will be an advantage
  • Organised with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work Shift Work and alternate Saturdays
