We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from SGD 2.000 - SGD 5.700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Responsibilities
- Responsible to do tender and procurement
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Responsible for interior fit out
- Responsible for doin builder
Requirement
- Have minimum experience 1-2 years
- Familiar with ID builder is an advantage
- Have knowledge in building
- Able to read construction joint
- All are welcome
